You will learn to recognize stressors and how to handle them. You will learn ways to help your child after a fight and tools for decreasing relationship stress.

Parenting in a culture of shame, pressure, expectation and “all joy and no fun…”  This is a new seminar exploring some of the different messages and expectations burdening Mothers today.
