As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’m passionate about using my clinical experience to help moms feel empowered, confident and connected in motherhood. While I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, I also take a holistic approach to helping moms address lifestyle factors and tangible tools they can utilize to feel their best, mind and body.
I graduated with a BS in Psychology and BA in Arts from the University of Georgia, where I went on to earn my Masters in Social Work in 2009. I worked in a variety of settings primarily helping individuals and families cope and adjust during times of transition. I became passionate about helping moms transition into motherhood and throughout all of the phases it brings, including pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. I believe our mind and body is connected, and we must address both to create real growth and change.
Individual focus: Self-esteem, self-care, self-love, anxiety, adjustment, trauma
I live with my awesome husband, two children and two dogs, all whom keep me happy and humble. I love sunshine, adventure, dessert, dogs, movement and belly laughs.
